Our Team
Jason C. Davis is the founder and owner of Davis Law Firm in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Since founding the firm in 2014, he has built a reputation for providing experienced legal representation, personalized service, and strong advocacy for clients throughout Middle Tennessee.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and a 2011 graduate of the Nashville School of Law, Jason began his legal career with Bussart Law Firm before establishing Davis Law Firm. His practice includes Family Law, Juvenile Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Contract Law, Business Formation, and Landlord Representation in eviction matters. He is also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.
Jason is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Marshall County Bar Association, where he previously served as President. He has represented the 17th Judicial District as a delegate in the Tennessee Bar Association House of Delegates and was a member of the inaugural class of the Tennessee Bar Association's Diversity Leadership Institute. In 2024, he graduated from the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law program, a highly selective leadership program for attorneys demonstrating excellence in the profession.
Beyond his legal practice, Jason remains deeply involved in the Marshall County community. He serves as legal counsel for the Lewisburg Water Department, Lewisburg Housing Authority, and numerous local businesses. He is also a graduate of Leadership Marshall County.
When he is not advocating for clients, Jason enjoys spending time with his four sons, Jackson, William, Knox, and Reid. He also enjoys sports, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Originally from Alabama, Elizabeth moved to Lewisburg, Tennessee, at the age of 12 and graduated from Marshall County High School in 2010. She spent several years working in the medical field before bringing her passion for helping others to Davis Law Firm.
As the first person you’ll likely speak with when you call Davis Law Firm, Elizabeth is committed to making every client feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the very first conversation. She understands that reaching out to a law firm can be overwhelming, and she strives to create a positive, compassionate experience while helping clients take the first step in their legal journey.

Born and raised in Cornersville, Tennessee, Tracy has been an integral part of Davis Law Firm since 2016. As the firm’s Office Manager, she is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional support to both clients and staff.
Before joining Davis Law Firm, Tracy spent six years working in the Chancery Court, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field and developed a strong understanding of court procedures.
Tracy has been happily married to her husband for 33 years and is the proud mother of three children and grandmother to four grandchildren, who are the center of her world. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her family, cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events, and shopping.
Known for her dedication, organization, and friendly personality, Tracy helps create the welcoming and efficient environment that clients experience from the moment they walk through the doors of Davis Law Firm.
